Instructions
1: Marinate your fish with salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes. 2: In a large pot, add 4 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry each piece of fish until golden (approximately 2-3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside. 3: Using the same oil from the pan, add your minced garlic and sliced tomato. Allow it to cook until fragrant - 1 min. 4: Add back your fried fish cuts and add enough water to barely cover the fish. Lower the heat to simmer. 5: Add fish sauce, sugar, MSG, and Thai peppers. Allow the fish to cook on simmer for 60 minutes. 6: Serve this hot with rice.View original recipe
